Outside of Motus...

Currently working full-time at FCV International Football Academy as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. ​

I have also had previous experience in the professional environment working for the British Virgin Islands Football Team as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.

I am a keen athlete myself and studying at Loughborough University allowed me to broaden my expertise, ranging in numerous sports such as football, rugby, golf and tennis. 

​I aim to bridge the gap between both rehabilitation and performance.
